Med-QUEST Call Center Phone Lines Restored

Posted on Jul 16, 2014 in NEWS

The Department of Human Services (DHS) Med-QUEST Division (MQD) Enrollment Call Center is again open for business. As of 10:30 am Tuesday, July 16, six of eight call center lines are fully operational.

The MQD does not anticipate any problems reaching the Call Center at 524-3370. Callers should hear a recorded greeting, and be prompted to their desired action. However, in the event that callers receive the message “your call could not be completed” OR they are put on hold, please hang up and follow the instructions below.

Individuals who need to apply for Medicaid should visit the DHS online portal www.mybenefits.hawaii.gov.

Individuals who need help completing an application for medical assistance should call the Hawaii Health Connector at 1-877-628-5076.

Individuals inquiring about eligibility are asked to contact their county MQD office.
