Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC)

The SILC Hawaii is made up of representatives who are appointed by the Governor. SILC Hawaii is a consumer controlled organization which develops, monitors and evaluates the federally funded State Plan for Independent Living in the State of Hawaii, promotes the independent living philosophy statewide and provides support and technical assistance to the entire network of Independent Living Centers (ILC) in Hawaii. The Independent Living Centers consist of five community based organizations run by and for people with disabilities.

  • 1st Quarter- Thursday, December 9, 2021
  • 2nd Quarter- Thursday, March 24, 2022
  • 3rd Quarter- Thursday, June 23, 2022
  • 4th Quarter- Thursday, September 22, 2022 (Annual Meeting)

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
